Ihre Aufgaben Akquisition strategischer IP-Projekte mit unseren EPCs / First-Fit-OEMs sowie Endkunden im Geschäftsbereich Wasserstoff & alternative Kraftstoffe, um EagleBurgmann in diesen neuen Märkten zu etablieren Identifikation von Markttrends und Entscheidungsträgern sowie Definition des EB-Vertriebsansatzes Repräsentation von EagleBurgmann bei Lizenzgebern / Technologieanbietern, Verständnis ihrer Prozesse und Technologien sowie Entwicklung von Dichtungslösungen für diese neuen Märkte Beeinflussung von Projekten in einer frühen Phase des Sales-Funnels und Sicherstellung der Spezifikation von EagleBurgmann Zentrale Projektvertriebsrolle innerhalb der globalen EagleBurgmann-Organisation, Steuerung und Umsetzung aller projektbezogenen Aktivitäten gemeinsam mit den lokalen Projektteams Entwicklung und Durchführung von vertrieblichen und technischen Präsentationen bei Kunden Identifikation sowie Teilnahme an strategisch relevanten Branchenkonferenzen, Messen und Meetings Ihr Profil Ingenieurstudium, vorzugsweise Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung Erste Erfahrung bzw. Kenntnisse in Projektverhandlungen und -koordination sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering-Contractors und Lizenzgebern Erfahrung mit rotierenden Maschinen, Gleitringdichtungen oder Großprojekten im Bereich New Energy (z.B. Wasserstoff, Bio-/alternative Kraftstoffe, Kreislaufwirtschaft etc.) Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im internationalen Geschäft sowie im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kulturen und Geschäftsgepflogenheiten; sicheres und souveränes Auftreten intern wie extern Gute soziale Kompetenzen und ausgeprägte Team - und Kooperationsfähigkeit gelten als Voraussetzung Hohe Eigenemotiviation und ausgeprägte Networking-Fähigkeiten Starke Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für neue Ansätze Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen
