AufgabenWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Italy Coordinator to establish anddevelop Naturland e.V.'s operations based in Italy. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead ourItalian presence from the ground up, representing one of Europe's leading organic farmersorganizations in this strategically important market.You will be responsible for establishing Naturland e.V. as a recognized and trustedfarmer association and certification body in the Italian organic and agri-food sector, developingstrategic partnerships, managing member relationships, and creating sustainable growth opportunitiesin alignment with Naturland's values and standards.Strategic DevelopmentDevelop and implement comprehensive strategy and concept for Naturland e.V.'s establishment and expansion in ItalyObserve and assess key development of organic framework and markets in Italy and identify opportunities for NaturlandBuild strategic partnerships with local stakeholders, certification bodies, and industryassociationsManage operations in ItalyProvide organizational support for the establishment and operations of a potential NaturlandItaly boardAssist in the development of governance structuresMember Management & Customer ExperienceCoordinate membership relations and ensure exceptional member experience for Naturland members in ItalyOrganize and coordinate national assemblies for Italian membersPlan and execute member information events, national assemblies, workshops, and training sessionsFoster collaboration and knowledge exchange among Italian membersServe as primary liaison between Italian members and Naturland headquartersDevelop member retention and engagement strategies tailored to local needsRepresentation & Events, Public RelationsServe as the official representative of Naturland e.V. in ItalyOrganize and coordinate Naturland's participation in trade fairs, conferences, and industry eventsBuild and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and relevant organizationsDevelop and execute public relations strategies to enhance brand awareness and credibilityManage communications with Italian media, stakeholders, and the organic communityOperational ExcellenceEstablish operational procedures and workflowsCollaborate with headquarters in GermanyBuild local team capabilities and support structures as operations expandWas wir uns wünschenEducation & ExperienceUniversity degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Business Administration, or related fieldSeveral years of work experience including a minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in the organic or agri-food sectorProven track record in business development, market entry, or international expansionIndustry Knowledge & NetworkEstablished network within Italy's organic sector and agri-food industryDeep understanding of Italian agricultural practices, organic standards, and certification processesKnowledge of European organic regulations and certification requirementsFamiliarity with Italian business culture and regulatory environmentSkills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English; German language skills are an advantageFluent in Italian and EnglishStrong leadership and project management capabilitiesStrategic thinking with ability to execute tactical initiativesRelationship-building skills with diverse stakeholdersCultural sensitivity and adaptability in international business contextsWas wir bietenOpportunity to establish and lead Naturland's presence in a key European marketOnboarding programme at our German headquartersProfessional development opportunities within an international organizationFlexible working arrangementsChance to contribute to the growth of sustainable agriculture and organic certificationÜber unsNaturland ist der international größte Verband für ökologischen Landbau.
