Every day, you'll work in a highly collaborative and agile environment with cross-functional team members to develop products and create technical solutions that push us forward.Your playing field:Ensure a consistent standard of customer service is maintained, both onsite and remotelyCollaborate seamlessly with the Corporate IT team to deliver top-notch IT support services across all Tipico Group officesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Investigate and resolve technical and operational issues as part of incident management, request fulfillment processes, and infrastructure projects to enhance tools and services for customersTake ownership of reported issues and provide regular communication on the status and progressTroubleshoot and address hardware, operating system, and software issues for Windows, Mac OS X, and mobile devices, including data recoveryContribute to the internal IT support procurement processManage user accounts, groups, passwords, and mailboxes in corporate systems such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, InTune, JAMF, Exchange Servers (Office 365), and other specified systemsMaintain operational documentation, including Knowledge Base articles and Standard Operating ProceduresContribute to the enhancement of IT Service Management standards and processesQualificationsWhich skills should you bring to the pitch:Experience. +3 years of proficiency in an IT Administration environmentMust-Haves.
