Transform360 – SAP Manager Controlling(f/m/d)

Responsibilities / Tasks Analyze and define controlling processes and value flowsDevelop controlling concepts required for the implementation of SAP S/4HANACapture local requirements and processes; conduct Fit-Gap analyses accordinglyDesign test strategies (UAT/SIT) and support Cut-Over activities (Go-Live preparation, data migration, hypercare support)Coordinate and execute key user tests, trainings, and hands-on sessions with international subsidiariesCollaborate closely with local key users in the Controlling functionMaintain regular alignment and integration with the central template teamAct as an interface between Corporate Controlling, the central template team, and local business units during the rolloutContribute to the ongoing optimization and development of our global template solutionsIndependently plan and lead workshopsYour Profile / QualificationsUniversity degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a comparable vocational qualification – We also welcome applicants from other fields who have relevant experienceStrong knowledge of SAP technologies, with hands-on experience in ERP and S/4HANA implementations, including FIORISolid understanding of Controlling-related business processesExperience as an S/4 Finance Consultant and with international rollout projects is preferredWillingness to travel abroad for temporary assignmentsIdeally, deep understanding of organizational structures and processes in mechanical and plant engineeringResilience in a dynamic project environment paired with a proactive working style and strong communication skillsConfident use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPointVery good written and spoken English and German skills
