Sind Sie eine gute Partie?

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem kunden- und serviceorientierten Umfeld des Luxusgüter-Segments (z. B. Juwelier-Einzelhandel, gehobene Hotellerie, Call Center etc...). Erfahrung im Verkauf von Luxus-Artikeln, idealerweise in der Schmuck- und/oder Uhrenbranche, ist erwünscht Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse des New Retail inklusive aller Arten von digitalen Verkäufen, Verkaufsveranstaltungen, Netzwerken, etc… Neugier: Sie haben ein einzigartiges Interesse an neuen Wegen, den Verkauf zu gestalten und machen Unmögliches möglich Hervorragende Kommunikationskenntnisse und positives Auftreten Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind erwünscht Flexibler, belastbarer Teamplayer mit einem sicheren, offenen und angemessenen Auftreten Exakte und präzise Arbeitsweise Kenntnisse in SAP oder einem ähnlichen Warenwirtschaftsprogramm Umgang mit digitalen Tools wie zum Beispiel Kunden Apps wie "MyClient" ", Click and Collect Systemen, etc...

Dabei stellen Sie einen erstklassischen Service sicher und bauen eine entsprechende Basis auf und aus.

Qualifizierte Beratung unseres exklusiven Kundenklientels Aktive Gewinnung von Neukunden und Pflege des bestehenden Kundenkreises Traffic Management und Begrüßung der Kunden/innen Betreuung von Kunden/innen bei Sonderanfertigungen von High Jewellery und Fine Watchmaking Kreation Umsetzung einer New Retail-Strategie, die unter anderem neue Wege des Verkaufens beinhaltet: E-Commerce Strategien, Distant Sales, Virtual Sales Ceremony, Traffic management and Entertainment, "MyClients" App, etc… Persönliche Betreuung von VIP-Kunden und Pflege lokaler Geschäftsbeziehungen Übernahme diverser administrativer Aufgaben (z. B. Pflege der Kundendatenbank, Inventurvorbereitung, etc…). Netzwerken ( das Besuchen von lokalen Events in der Stadt, digitalen Verkaufsveranstaltungen, etc…)

Ihre Aufgaben:

 Als Sales Associate sind Sie Repräsentant:innen der Marke und beraten unseren anspruchsvollen, internationalen Kund:innenkreis. Mit Ihrem freundlichen Auftreten begeistern Sie unsere Kunden:innen. Dabei stellen Sie einen erstklassischen Service sicher und bauen eine entsprechende Basis auf und aus. Sie kennen alle Besonderheiten und Details der verschiedenen Van Cleef & Arpels Uhren- und Schmucklinien, die Geschichte der Maison und ihre Markenbotschaft. Ferner tragen Sie zur Einhaltung aller Richtlinien wie Merchandising, allgemeines Erscheinungsbild, CRM-Vorgaben oder Kommunikation bei.
