If strengthening brand presence is not just your profession but your passion, then join our team.Your Tasks:As a software developer, you will implement applications for the PowerFactory grid calculation software.Your tasks will focus on the further development and maintenance of various stationary calculation methods such as load flow, short circuit, network reduction, cable calculation and related methods.Your responsibilities will include the entire development process: research, design, specification and implementation through to testing and maintenance.You will support our application engineers with customer support.Your Profile:Successfully completed university studies as a Master/Dipl.-Ing. or Dr.-Ing. in electrical engineering with a focus on electrical power engineering or a comparable degree programmeExperience in the development of network calculation methods, in particular stationary calculations such as load flow analysis, network reduction or short-circuit calculationKnowledge of modelling common equipment such as lines, transformers, generators, loadsPractical experience in an object-orientated programming language (such as C++, Java, C#)Knowledge in the area of planning and operation of energy supply networks is an advantageYou have good command of written and spoken English.
