Imagine your future with us.ABOUT THIS ROLEAs a Working Student on the Customer Care Operations team, you’ll be working closely together with our Frontline Operations Team, Back Office Team and our Vendor Partners around the world. You will be part of a highly motivated team in which having fun is just as important as helping our Partners in their daily tasks.ABOUT YOUYou will be a key contributor to delivering exceptional customer service and support. As a Working Student - Customer Care, you will...- Respond to customer support letters and general inquiries- Organize customer paperwork and correspondence- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues- Assist in implementing and improving customer care processes- Support the tasks of our Vendor Managers, including data analysis and reporting ABOUT AUDIBLEAudible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling. This spirit courses throughout Audible, supporting a culture of creativity and inclusion built on our People Principles and our mission to build more equitable communities in the cities we call home.OUR OFFER- Student position for 20h per week- Compensation of €15.64 per hour- 12 months contract- Up to 4 free catered lunches per week- Commuting benefits- Exciting opportunity to participate in the growth of a global digital audiobook provider- International work environment- Flexible working hoursBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Full time enrollment in a German state-accredited (staatlich anerkannt) Bachelor or Master program, in the Berlin/Brandenburg area, and have at least 1 year of studies left - expected graduation no earlier than 2028- Business fluency in English and German, written and spoken.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work independently- Exposure to Customer Support, Client Service Representative, Back Office Coordination- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
