For permanent employment OHB System AG in Bremen is looking for aProduct Assurance Manager (m/f/d) Your Tasks You are a member of an multi-discipline team for Space technology projectsYou are responsible for implementation of the quality requirements applicable to your work packageYou will chair quality reviews and milestones including preparation and post processingYou are responsible for non-conformance management and chairing of respective boardsYou are in continuous exchange with experts from various disciplines and coordinate the information flowYou will report to the project product assurance manager and to the department on a regular basis Your QualificationsYou have a degree in engineering, science or a comparable qualification; background in Space technology is beneficial but not mandatoryYou can manage and keep track of several different topics at the same timeYou have excellent communication skills, you know how to steer discussions and chair meetings, while taking the minutes at the same timeYou are interested in complex problems and processes with a focus on detailsYou are prepared to take decisions and stand behind themYou can easily prioritize from a variety of tasks, based on the overall goalsYou are fluent in written and spoken EnglishYou are flexible and like to travel frequently We offer Work Life Balance: Flexible working hours, sabbatical, 30 days vacation & special leave days Mobile Work: Hybrid work & mobile work abroad Structured on-boarding process (incl.
