Your Tasks:

Strategic Leadership: Lead the Americas Regional Sales Team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with global objectives to drive business growth Team Development & Leadership: Mentor and develop your team, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and motivation to excel. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that values diversity and innovation Business & Financial Management: Oversee sales activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective measures Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage regional and country-specific strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. Optimize product life cycles to maximize revenue and market penetration Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate cooperation between sales and other business units, including marketing, product development, and operations, ensuring alignment on business goals Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for key sales partners. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including directors, management, and external partners, to drive success Due Diligence & Reporting: Lead due diligence processes for the region, ensuring accurate reporting. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic planning

Your Profile:

Educational Background: Diploma or master's in Business, Management, Economics, Law, or a related field. A scientific background with relevant business experience is also considered Professional Experience: Proven senior sales management experience, ideally in a global pharmaceutical company. Experience in the US market is a plus Leadership & People Development: Strong people management skills, with experience in talent development and fostering a performance-driven culture Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive and strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen Contract & Negotiation Skills: Extensive experience in international sales and service contracts Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency preferred
