Job DescriptionJoin our team as a DTH1 - DriverExpress in Erfurt, Germany We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to deliver packages efficiently and professionally throughout the city.Load delivery vans with parcels, ensuring proper organization and secure placementDeliver packages to customers' homes and businesses in a timely and professional mannerOperate electronic devices for GPS navigation and daily record-keepingGreet customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing excellent customer serviceComply with all road safety regulations and traffic lawsClimb stairs and navigate various terrains to ensure successful package deliveryProblem-solve independently to overcome delivery challengesMaintain a clean and organized delivery vehicleCollaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and efficiencyAdapt to changing weather conditions and delivery schedulesQualificationsValid EU driving license, class BExcellent knowledge of Erfurt's street layout and traffic patternsProven ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyExceptional communication and customer service skillsProficiency in using GPS navigation systems and electronic devices for record-keepingPhysical stamina and fitness to handle the demands of the jobFlexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing schedulesTime management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlinesDetail-oriented approach to ensure accurate package sorting and deliveryWillingness to undergo and pass a background checkReliable transportation to reach the station independentlyBasic English language skills for communication with diverse customersAdditional InformationPaid training of 2 days plus 1 day of schoolRoutes are 8/9 hoursWork equipment provided (clothes and phone also for private usage)Modern vehiclesGood working conditions (shipments not heavier than 15kg)Payment in timeFocus on an excellent team cultureManaging also private support (insurances, recommendations, contacts) if needed
