And if it can be measured, it can also be realized. We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist 3rd Level (m/f/d), located in Germany, Stuttgart area, Korntal-Münchingen. The role is full-time (up to 40 hours per week), offered on a fixed-term contract until 31 May 2027.How you will make a difference @ FARO Provide on time 3rd level support with high quality and individual solutions or answersOffer technical support to both, internal and external customers, as listed in the knowledge databaseEscalate complex or unknown problems to the 4th level support, which require direct interaction with customer on siteThoroughly document customer inquiries in the CRM systemClosely cooperate with the other support level teams and with other departments as Product Management, Engineering and Sales to ensure an excellent Customer Experience along the Support ChainThis position requires University degree (engineer, BA) or a comparable technical educationStrong service oriented mindsetStrong communication skills to discuss technical issues and serve difficult customersFluency in English and German, any other European language will be an advantageTechnical knowledge in Scanning and Point Cloud Management, Digital Reality or Architecture Engineering and Construction will be preferableFARO offers Fixed-term employment contract Flexible working hours Training Other employee services (e.g. free drinks and fruit in the office, bicycle and car parking spaces directly on site)Inclusive At FARO, we are committed to encouraging different perspectives and ideas that foster innovation.
