AufgabenAufgaben Du brennst für die Umsetzung innovativer AI-Lösungen und möchtest den gesamten Lifecycle von der Idee bis zum produktiven Rollout aktiv gestalten? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und übernehme Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Implementierung von AI-Projekten bei unseren Kund:innen – von klassischen Machine-Learning-Lösungen bis hin zu Generative AI-Use Cases. Dabei warten die folgenden Aufgaben auf dich: Projektplanung und -steuerung: Verantwortung für die gesamte AI-Projektumsetzung – von der Konzeption bis zur produktiven Einführung inkl. Meilensteinen, Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung Technische Projektleitung: Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams aus Data Scientists, AI Engineers, IT-Architekt:innen und Fachbereichen AI-Delivery & Integration: Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Implementierung von ML- und GenAI-Modellen in bestehende IT-Systeme oder Cloud-Umgebungen Qualitäts- & Risikomanagement: Überwachung von Modell-Performance, Datenqualität und Compliance-Vorgaben (z. B. EU AI Act, Data Governance) Stakeholdermanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen, Partnern und internen Units – von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zur Ergebnispräsentation Wissensmanagement & Mentoring: Förderung des Know-how-Aufbaus im AI-Bereich und aktiver Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung unserer AI-Practices AnforderungenAnforderungen Um für deinen Weg gewappnet zu sein, hast du folgende Qualifikationen im Gepäck: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich mit mindestens 6 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von IT-/AI-Projekten Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (agil, hybrid oder klassisch), idealerweise mit Zertifizierung (z. B. PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum) Expertise in ML-/DL-Architekturen, MLOps, Generative AI, Cloud AI-Services (Azure, AWS, GCP) Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Eigenverantwortung, Zielorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität Wissenswertes vor der Abfahrt: Beginn: nach Vereinbarung – immer zu Beginn eines Monats Arbeitszeit: in Vollzeit (h) und/oder Teilzeit möglich; Urlaubstage Arbeitsverhältnis: Unbefristet Bereich: Consulting Sprache: sicheres Deutsch & Englisch Flexibilität & Reisebereitschaft Sonstiges: eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis; bei Bedarf können wir die Arbeitserlaubnis im Rahmen unseres Recruiting-Prozesses beantragen.
