CORE Senior Solution Architect (SAP BTP & S/4HANA) (all genders)  The CORE (Customer Oriented Resilient Enterprise) program is a game changer for Bayer as we strive to become the best in class in the industry. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Own and drive the design, review, and governance of end-to-end technical solutions that integrate SAP S/4 and BTP, ensuring scalability, performance, and security while considering multi-dimensional system landscape design Lead a community of practice and provide guidance and best practices for leveraging SAP S/4 and BTP capabilities to address business challenges and opportunities, considering systems architecture Manage development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designed solutions, providing technical oversight and support as needed Stay up to date and drive education and training on SAP S/4 and BTP features, enhancements, and best practices to inform solution design and architecture decisions, particularly in the context of systems architecture and multi-dimensional system landscape design Assess new technologies and tools that align with SAP S/4 and BTP capabilities, considering their effects on systems architecture and multi-dimensional system landscape design, with particular attention to AI, automation, and integration technologies Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP S/4 and BTP WHO YOU ARE You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience You have extensive experience as Solution Architect in the context of SAP BTP, SAP S/4, and large-scale transformation programs You bring strong technical skills in SAP S/4 and BTP, with the ability to develop and communicate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders You have proven experience with integration methodologies and cloud architecture for enterprise solutions You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions You collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, supported by strong communication and interpersonal skills SAP certification in S/4 HANA or BTP is preferred You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus All applicants who apply to a posting which can be located in Germany are given the option to disclose if they have a severe disability as certified by German authorities.  WHAT WE OFFER Our benefits package is flexible, appreciative, and tailored to your lifestyle, because: What matters to you, matters to us We ensure your financial stability through a competitive compensation package, consisting of an attractive base pay, our performance based company bonus and a global, equity-based cash plan with a four-year duration.
