Program Evaluation and Resource ManagerKey Role:Help shape the future of strategic operations and workforce management at the U.S. European Command (EUCOM). Provide mission-critical support to EUCOM, driving effective program evaluation, workforce alignment, and organizational improvement initiatives. Analyze and assess complex programs, integrate EUCOM and policies, and streamline staff processes to enhance mission performance. Enable leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions. Oversee task management systems, ensuring timely and coordinated communication across the staff to keep operations on track. Dig in and use your analytical skills and strategic thinking to make a real impact.Basic Qualifications:Experience collaborating with senior government and military personnel to design and implement workforce management strategiesExperience in briefing senior leaders and preparing high-quality reports and presentationsExperience with leading program evaluation initiatives, including developing performance metrics, analyzing outcomes, and providing data-driven recommendations for improvementExperience in stakeholder engagement, including collaborating across teams to align evaluation outcomes with organizational prioritiesExperience with workforce management, program management, or supporting policy developmentExperience with advising leadership on organizational design, staff administration, and workforce processes to improve efficiency and alignment with strategic goalsAbility to provide expert organizational and administrative support while effectively managing and allocating resources to enhance coordination, communication, and overall program impactAbility to manage and improve task management processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant staff actionsTS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degree in a Public Policy, Administration, Management, or Business fieldAdditional Qualifications:Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) organizations, particularly at the Combatant Command levelExperience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience aligning Combatant Command (CCMD) or DIA workflows with mission objectivesExperience conducting quantitative analysis and applying data-driven insights to program evaluationPossession of exceptional organizational and interpersonal skillsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
