Als Head of Procurement & Supply Chain Management (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Bereiche Einkauf, Supply Chain Management und das Qualitätsmanagement. Du führst Verhandlungen im Bereich Einkauf und trägst die Verantwortung für eine effiziente und reibungslose Lieferkette in unsere Restaurants – immer mit dem Fokus darauf, dass Zutaten und Produkte in höchster Qualität verfügbar sind.  

Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in den Bereichen Einkauf, Qualitätsmanagement und kennst dich bestens mit der Steuerung der Supply Chain einer Systemgastronomie aus? Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst strategisch und hast Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von erfolgreichen Food-Konzepten? Dann passt du zu uns und wir wollen dich unbedingt kennenlernen

I Believe I Can Fry Deine Aufgaben 
  • Du führst die Bereiche Einkauf, Supply Chain und Qualitätsmanagement und verantwortest sie sowohl strategisch als auch operativ
  • Du pflegst Beziehungen zu unseren Lieferanten und führst unsere Verhandlungen im Bereich F&B
  • Du optimierst zusammen mit unserem Supply Chain Manager und unseren Lieferanten unsere Lieferkette und sorgst damit für eine effiziente Warenversorgung aller unserer Standorte
  • Du stellst unsere hohen Qualitäts- und die Einhaltung unserer Hygienestandards sicher
  • Du führst dein Team, entwickelst es stetig weiter und arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Operations und Marketing zusammen
  • Du bist Sparringspartner für unsere Produktentwicklung und prüfst, ob innovative Kreationen auch wirtschaftlich und über unsere Supply Chain umsetzbar sind
Ketchup im Blut Dein Profil 
  • Du hast bereits mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Einkauf oder Supply Chain Management sammeln können – idealerweise im Umfeld der Systemgastronomie oder der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Du besitzt relevante Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Einkauf, Supply Chain und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Du denkst strategisch, kannst dich durchsetzen und bringst genau das richtige Maß an Hands-on-Mentalität mit
  • Du kannst ein Team führen, motivieren und begeistern
  • Du besitzt starke Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten 
  • Du bringst Leidenschaft für innovative Gastronomiekonzepte und hochwertige Lebensmittel mit
