IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIORAs Technical Service Engineer at Envalior, you will provide first-level support to internal and external partners, ensuring the successful implementation and processing of Envalior’s products at customer sites. You will actively support the sales team in technical tasks, enabling both new and ongoing business success.You will make key contributions to Envalior: Provide advanced technical support to the sales force and customers, including material selection based on application requirements. Present our product portfolio at customer workshops and trade fairs with deep technical expertise. Coordinate troubleshooting activities for technical issues in running applications. Support molding trials, do troubleshooting  and support single complaint handling cases at customer sites. Collaborate with internal processing labs to generate missing data and define process windows. Deliver technical training to new employees, especially within the sales force. Travel across Europe up to 50%, sometimes on short notice. RequirementsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE Degree in plastics technology, plastics processing, or a comparable technical education. Excellent understanding of processing methods such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding. Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Experience in plastic component design is a plus. Solid grasp of general properties and their relevance to product design. Knowledge of general and polymer chemistry is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office applications. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. High flexibility, customer orientation, and strong team and communication skills. Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
