Whether on-site or remote, your work will contribute directly to making workplaces safer, fairer, and more sustainable.Your missionExecution of Social Audits using code of conduct standards or Social Compliance Initiative Audits such as SEDEX Evaluation of working conditions, environmental aspects, health and safety, and business ethicsCommunication with clients and, where applicable, their suppliers during audit preparation and follow-upClose collaboration with our internal teams to ensure compliance with international standardsLead training programs for new Auditors. Your profileRecognized qualification as a SMETA, APSCA, auditor or extensive experience in social/ethical auditsCompleted vocational training or university degree, ideally related to labor law, sustainability, social sciences, or related fieldsKnowledge of relevant standards (e.g. SA8000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and management systems audits is an advantageWillingness to travel (including internationally), reliability, and strong communication skillsExcellent German and English skills, both spoken and writtenCareful, independent, and structured working styleWhy us?An efficient and friendly team, a collegial, systematic induction and interesting training opportunities.
