As Technical Product Management Lead you will be responsible for modernizing DWS’s data landscape and enabling the organization to leverage data for better decision making and emerging use cases. You will be a key contributor to the technology product vision and roadmap and work in close collaboration with the Head of Technology.Role Details As a Technical Product Manager Lead (m/f/d), you will (be):Lead the development and execution of our technical product strategyManage technical product owners across multiple data platform teamsTranslate insights from business user research, market trends and discovery into actionable product decisionsOwn the overall roadmap, prioritize initiatives, scope features and support cross-functional teams through the deliveryDrive the adoption of product management best practices and standardsPartner with various stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically sound, aligned with business requirements and follow architecture standardsHelp defining and tracking metrics to monitor service performance, user adoption and business impactSupport strategic communication of roadmaps, product developments and moreWe are looking for Significant experience as a product owner, technical product manager or similar role in a data-centric environment with some years of experience in a leadership roleProven track record of launching and scaling technology products and services in an enterprise environmentStrong ability to define and evolve product vision, strategy and OKRs aligned with business objectivesStrong understanding of the modern data stack, including data platforms such as GCP BigQuery, Snowflake or DatabricksUnderstanding of the regulatory and compliance environment in financial services as well as related data governance conceptsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teamsStrong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and attention to detailProficiency in English is requiredPosting period: 06.10.2025 until further noticeThe successful candidate will be hired under the Functional Role Title Senior Technology Specialist.What we’ll offer you:Without the ambitions of our people, our achievements wouldn’t be possible.
