As part of this transition, we are recruiting a Beauty Therapist to join our team and uphold the brand’s excellence in skincare expertise and customer service.This role is central to our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for performing professional cabin treatments, offering personalized skincare consultations, and supporting sales through storytelling and client engagement—all aligned with the highest standards of the VALMONT brand.Key Responsibilities: Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the brand’s values, grooming standards, and customer-first attitude Perform scheduled cabin treatments and provide after-sales support to build lasting client relationships Learn and apply product knowledge, including features, benefits, and application techniques Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and ensure product availability Identify customer needs and recommend skincare products and treatments tailored to their preferences Ensure operational excellence through accurate use of POS systems and adherence to retail procedures Skills Required: Fluency in German and English Product knowledge and application techniques POS system and digital tool proficiency Visual merchandising and counter maintenance Sales and clienteling techniques Cabin treatment execution and spa service delivery Interpersonal Skills Strong communication and storytelling ability Customer-centric mindset and empathy Team collaboration and positive attitude Adaptability to retail schedules and customer needs Confidence and professionalism in a luxury environment Training and Qualifications: Beautician or Esthetician diploma/certification is a must Previous experience in a similar luxury retail or spa position Passion for luxury beauty and skincare What We Offer: Attractive salary package Annual supply of company products Flexibility Your birthday off – 100% on us
