Then you will very likely fit into our team Your Tasks Developing and implementing innovative equity index methodologies together with our reputable, global client base Designing equity index strategies across various focus areas, including quantitative, thematic, and ESG-driven strategies Developing historical performance simulations (back-testing) for defined investment strategies Conducting market research to understand trends and opportunities to complement and enhance our index offering Act as a subject matter expert in client meetings, roadshows, and sales campaigns Supporting clients and internal stakeholders with technical and professional expertise in equity strategies Drafting index guidelines and supporting documents/analysis Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in index development Coordinating internal processes with our operations, sales and marketing teams for a successful index launch Your Profile Academic degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or comparable programs 4-8 years of experience in the indexing business or other relevant fields (e.g. Portfolio Management or Structuring) Strong expertise in equity investment products Further proven programming skills in Python are essential Experience with data vendor terminals (e.g. FactSet) is a plus Delivery of timely results with focus on high quality even when confronted with tight deadlines Self-confidence and team-spirit Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills in English Our Offer Global Team: Join our motivated international team at Solactive FinTech Excellence: Experience FinTech excellence at Solactive Modern Culture: Enjoy our modern, flat hierarchy and startup-like culture Responsibility & Connections: Take over responsibility from day one and build relationships in- and outside of the company.
