Als Program Manager SAP (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für komplexe SAP S/4HANA Großprojekte im Public Sector.Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Modernisierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse und der Migration auf S/4HANA mit Schwerpunkt Finanzwesen, Controlling oder HCM. Zu deinen Tätigkeiten gehören insbesondere: Leitung und Steuerung von SAP S/4HANA Großprojekten, inklusive Partner- und Stakeholder-Management Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Projektteams Überwachung von Projektfortschritt, Budget und Qualität Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement zur Sicherstellung der Projektziele Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von SAP-Lösungen im Public Sector Beratung zur Geschäftsprozessmodernisierung und S/4HANA-Transformation Unterstützung bei Portfolioentwicklung, Presales und Angebotserstellung Lust auf mehr? (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Verwaltungswissenschaften ) oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung, verfügst du über: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von großen und komplexen SAP Programmen ideralerweise S/4HANA Projekten Langjährige Expertise im Programmanagement idealerweise ergänzt um eine einschlägige Zertifizierung z.B. PMI,PMP, IPMA, Prince2 - Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP-Beratung in einschlägigen Modulen, vorzugsweise S/4HANA Finanzwesen und Controlling oder HCM Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in S/4HANA Migrationsprojekten sowie Erfahrungen im Public-Sektor und deren spezifischen Themen Breite, modulübergreifende SAP Kenntnisse sowie Prozesswissen gepaart mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Prozessanalyse in SAP Projekten Tiefergehende und ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in SAP idealerweise verbunden mit Zertifizierungen in SAP (z.B. S/4HANA, SAP PSM, PSCD, FI, CO, HCM) Tiefergehende Projektmanagement Methoden sind für diese Position unerlässlich Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute (C1) Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Schwerbehinderte Menschen werden bei gleicher Eignung vorrangig berücksichtigt.
