In addition to excellent development opportunities, we offer a competitive salary and attractive employee benefits, including bonus payments, employee support programs, and staff discounts.Responsibilities:- Perform inspections on engines, components, and modules according to specifications and/or record and document component conditions- Ensure compliance with overarching quality standards as well as all task-related documentation- independent work organization, including planning, executing, and documenting inspection processes- safe use of measurement, testing, and auxiliary equipment (including 3D measuring microscopes)- continuous improvement of the work environment and work processesQualifications:At Rolls-Royce, we value agility, courage, collaboration, and the pursuit of simplicity in everything we do.
