Project Manager NPC Operations/MSAT

Im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung suchen wir für unseren Kunden Roche in Mannheim zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für die Dauer von zunächst 12 Monaten einen Project Manager NPC Operations/MSAT (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.Ihre Aufgaben:1. Project Planning and InitiationAssume end-to-end ownership for assigned projects, defining objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders and NPC Operations goals. Develop comprehensive project plans covering scheduling, budgeting, risk management, resource needs, and allocation requirements. Define the overall project structure, including potential sub-projects or workstreams, and ensure alignment and coordination with respective technical project leads. Establish project governance, define roles and responsibilities, and secure cross-functional alignment across all participating units. Align project timelines and resource allocation with line management and PMAS, ensuring feasibility, prioritization, and consistency with overall portfolio planning. Support preparation of investment and funding documentation for internal approval processes. 2. Project Execution and MonitoringForm and lead interdisciplinary project teams across NPC Operations Manage and coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers, including tendering, contracting, and performance management. Ensure adherence to GMP, EHS, and quality standards during all stages of project execution. Monitor progress against defined KPIs, identify deviations, and initiate corrective measures. Coordinate sub-projects and technical project leads, ensuring alignment of deliverables, interfaces, and timelines within the overall project plan. Drive structured escalation of critical issues and risks to line management, PMO, or steering committees, ensuring timely decisions and risk mitigation. Apply professional project management methodologies and adapt plans proactively to address scope, schedule, or risk changes while safeguarding project objectives. 3. Stakeholder and Communication ManagementMaintain continuous, transparent communication with all stakeholders, including regular reporting to the Head of Project Delivery. Lead and document key project meetings (kick-offs, design reviews, steering committees). Coordinate escalations and decision-making processes with line management and PMO structures to ensure transparency and governance alignment. Manage interfaces with internal and external partners to ensure alignment, timely decisions, and effective collaboration. Build and maintain strong relationships across functions and sites to enable efficient project delivery. 4. Project Closure and HandoverEnsure successful qualification, validation, and handover of new systems or equipment into production according to aligned targets. Conduct structured project closure, financial reconciliation, and "Lessons Learned" activities. Ensure complete and compliant documentation in line with quality and regulatory requirements. 5. Continuous Improvement within Project ContextShare learnings across the MSAT Project Delivery community to strengthen organizational project-management maturity. Identify and implement improvements in project management tools, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency and standardization within MSAT Project Delivery. Ihre Qualifikationen:University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Engineering, Process Technology, Automation or a related technical discipline.Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent) required.Minimum 7 years of experience in leading projects such as investment, automation, or process technology projects in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects within a regulated (GMP/IVD) environment.Experience in vendor and contract management, and coordination of multi-site or international project teams.Proficiency in project management standards, methods, and tools (classical, hybrid, and agile approaches).Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to guide interdisciplinary teams without direct line authority.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; structured and proactive mindset.Solid understanding of process equipment, automation systems, qualification, and validation principles.Fluency in English (spoken and written); German proficiency preferred.Deep understanding of quality, EHS, and compliance requirements in regulated manufacturing environments.Kenntnisse im Bereich Reinraumtechnik oder Analysemesstechnik sind wünschenswertEnglischkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft Bitte geben Sie bei Ihrer Bewerbung Ihren frühesten Eintrittstermin sowie Ihr Wunschgehalt mit an.
