Engineering Planner Project-Management-Office (m/w/d) Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH in Unterlüß, Kassel, Kiel / Engineering Planner Project-Management-Office (m/w/d) Ref.-Nr.: DE11901 Anstellungsart: Vollzeit Vertragsart: Unbefristeter Vertrag WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN In Ihrer Funktion als Engineering Planner (m/w/d) im Team Project-Management-Office sind Sie der Abteilung Engineering Planning zugehörig. Ihr Aufgabenfeld umfasst u. a. folgende Tätigkeiten:  Projektmanagement von Großprojekten im Engineering, als rechte Hand der technischen Projektleitung Aufbau der Projektstrukturen (Arbeitspakete) und der darin enthaltenen Aktivitäten Koordination und Durchführung der Projektplanungsaktivitäten zusammen mit den arbeitspaketverantwortlichen Ingenieuren (m/w/d) Kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der zeit- und kapazitätsgerechten Planung (Scheduling), Identifikation von Engpässen und Einsteuerung von Maßnahmen in die Projektorganisation, um die vereinbarten Meilensteine zu erreichen Zusammenarbeit mit der Controlling-Abteilung Erstellung von Monatsberichten für das Entwicklungsprojekt Darstellung der zu erwartenden Gesamtkosten des Entwicklungsprojekts sowie des Projektfortschritts WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Engineering sowie im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Rüstungs- oder metallverarbeitenden Industrie Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Projektplanungstools, insbesondere MS Project und SAP PS Sichere Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Grundsätzliche Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen Die Stelle kann an den Standorten Unterlüß, Kassel oder Kiel besetzt werden.
