Job Title: Intune & MobileIron MDM Architect and ConsultantLocation: Stuttgart, GermanyJob Type: Contract Experience Level: 8+ years in Enterprise Mobility and MDM SolutionsJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MDM Architect and Consultant with deep expertise inMicrosoft Intune and MobileIron (Ivanti) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization ofenterprise mobility solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting secure, scalable,and compliant mobile device management strategies across iOS, Android, and Windows platforms.Key Responsibilities:Architecture & Design- Design and implement end-to-end MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune and MobileIron.- Develop architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and integration strategies with existing ITinfrastructure.- Define policies for device compliance, conditional access, and application protection.Implementation & Configuration- Lead deployment and configuration of MDM profiles, compliance policies, and app management.- Configure Apple Business Manager (ABM), Android Enterprise, and Windows Autopilot integrations.- Automate device enrollment and provisioning workflows.Consulting & Advisory- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Provide expert guidance on MDM best practices, security hardening, and regulatory compliance (e.g.,GDPR, HIPAA).- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers for internal teams or clients.Operations & Support- Monitor and troubleshoot MDM environments, ensuring high availability and performance.- Manage escalations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change management records.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and MobileIron Core/Cloud platforms.- Strong understanding of iOS, Android, and Windows device management.- Experience with Azure AD, Conditional Access, Autopilot, Apple DEP, and Android Zero-Touch.- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) for automation and reporting.- Familiarity with enterprise security standards and mobile threat defense (MTD) solutions.- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Certifications:- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (Intune)- Ivanti/MobileIron Certified Professional- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
