This role is essential for driving business value for our customers through the innovative use of SwiftMR, and engaging with them to ensure they maximize the value of our solution.The role would entail the following: Implement product installations at new customer sites, focusing on MRI scan parameter optimization and network setupsProvide training and support to customers to ensure optimal use of SwiftMR based on their unique needsAddress and resolve customer inquiries related to product usage and MR image qualityTrain channel partners on product installation and MR scan parameter setupsCollaborate with regional Sales and Business Development teams on sales strategies and prioritiesCoordinate with Product Operations team in Seoul HQ regarding training, rollout timelines, and customer feedbackThis role includes consistent travel to client sites to support our business needs (roughly 50%).”Requirements🎯QualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent experienceMTRA/radiographer3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical imaging or customer success rolesStrong knowledge of MRI technology and workflowHands-on experience of working on MRI sequence optimizationExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situationsExceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English; proficiency in Spanish is a plusWillingness to travel across DACH regions🏅Preferred ExperiencesExperience as an MRI technologist or within the radiology fieldFamiliarity with working in a start-up or fast-paced environmentAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamBenefits🤝 Work Conditions and EnvironmentWork type: Full timeWork From Home, with occasional business travelCollaborate with team members around the country and the worldPaid Time OffLatest gadgets and IT supplies to decorate home-officeAccess to WeWork globallyTraining & Development🏃‍♀️ Hiring ProcessDocument ScreeningCompetency-based interview (Hiring manager, HR)Competency-based interview (CFO, HR)Culture-fit Interview (CEO)Onboarding
