This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in team leadership, partner management and business development within the IT services sector. What you'll do Manage a team of partner managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback. Influence and contribute to the global services partner strategy aligned with Computacenter's overall Managed Services growth objectives. Build and manage a diverse portfolio of partners capable of delivering high-quality outsourced and out-tasked service outcomes. Identify, recruit, and on-board strategic partners, ensuring alignment with Computacenter's service standards and customer needs. Drive partner enablement programs to ensure partners have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver Computacenter's services. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations. Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Deliver cost savings/avoidance to enhance Computacenter’s competitiveness and support growth. Performance indicators Effective management and development of the partner managers. Effective cascade and delivery of the team’s objectives Partner performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs. Achieve annual cost savings/avoidance target. Growth in Managed Services revenue generated through partner engagements. What you'll need Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. Extensive experience in partner management Experience with contract negotiation and management. Experience working in a global, matrixed organization. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. International business experience
