This role focuses on test system architecture and optimization for coherent products, leading technical test projects for product development, and supporting both R&D and production teams.Job Description Develop and optimize test system architectures for coherent productsLead test development for product development projects, defining and implementing effective test strategies that optimize performance and efficiencyDefine technical specifications for software development supporting automated testingReview and enhance existing calibration and test concepts to improve performance and cost efficiencySupport and drive failure analysis of optoelectronic devices related to test issuesQualifications Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical fieldSeveral years of experience in test development, measurement techniques, and successfully transitioning testing solutions from development to productionExtensive expertise in coherent optical test methodologies, including performance analysis and troubleshootingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in designing electrical test boards is an advantageExperience with RF design for RF-optimized PCBs and RF test is a plusSoftware development is a plusVery good English communication skills; German language proficiency is a plusYour Chance We offer an interesting and diversified opportunity in an internationally minded engineering team of a market-leading high-tech company in the field of high-speed optoelectronic components.
