OHB ‎SE currently has approx. 3,200 employees.‎ For permanent employment OHB SE in Bremen  is looking for aVerification & Test Lead Engineer (m/f/d) Your Tasks Role Purpose:Responsible for defining, planning, and overseeing the integration, verification, and validation (V&V) strategy for complex multi-domain systems (space, ground, and user segments), ensuring that all system components—developed in-house or by subcontractors—are tested and integrated according to project requirements, quality standards, and performance criteria.Key Responsibilities:Define the overall test and verification strategy across system domains (space, ground, user, core)Develop test plans, verification matrices, and integration roadmapsEnsure traceability between requirements, test cases, and verification resultsManage integration strategy for system components from subcontractors and internal teamsOversee system-level tests (functional, performance, environmental, security)Prepare verification reports and contribute to system qualification and acceptanceSupport risk assessments and continuous improvement initiativesRepresent the V&V function in internal and external reviews, including audits Your QualificationsDegree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in test and verification of complex systems, preferably in aerospace, defense, or critical infrastructure domainsProven experience in managing multi-partner or subcontractor integration and verification environmentsStrong knowledge of system engineering processes, V-model, and requirement-based testingExperience with V&V and integration management tools (, DOORS, TestRail, JIRA) and test automation frameworksFamiliarity with hardware/software integration, simulation environments, and test benchesUnderstanding of relevant standards (, ECSS, ISO, DO-178C, MIL-STD) and regulatory complianceISTQB Certified Test Manager or similar certifications a plus We offer Work Life Balance: Flexible working hours, sabbatical, 30 days vacation & special leave days Mobile Work: Hybrid work & mobile work abroad Structured on-boarding process (incl.
