Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Marketing Manager Key responsibilitiesAs a Sales Specialist (f/m/d), you will assume a responsible role in our German sales department for MNS low-voltage systems and will be the first point of contact for selected potential account customers.Another key responsibility will be the identification and development of large-scale projects (e.g., data centers, chip industry, HVDC grid connections, chemical, oil and gas industries, such as hydrogen production, etc.).In this role, you will work from home (preferably in the greater Heidelberg, Frankfurt, and Mannheim areas).Apply now and become part of our motivated teamThe work model for the role is: remote (#LI-Remote)You will be mainly accountable for:Design and development of existing customer relationshipsMonitoring competitive behaviorDevelopment of account plans including planning and implementation of campaigns to increase order intakePresentation of our MNS low-voltage switchgear systems portfolio to customers, customer support at trade fairs and events, and planning and implementation of targeted sales campaignsIndependent management of commercial and technical contract negotiations with the involvement of the relevant departments and suppliersTaking over project development and monitoring through to awarding, particularly after the tender submissionIdentification and development of large-scale projects and mega-investments (e.g., data centers, large-scale storage systems, chip industry, HVDC grid connections, chemical, oil and gas industries, such as H2 generation, etc.) as well as the support of project developers, planners, general contractors, and national/international EPC companiesConducting national and international coordinationUnderstanding award and decision-making processes, shaping technology and specificationsAdvising customers on the use of the optimal technology with the involvement of the relevant Departments and SuppliersQualifications for the roleSuccessfully completed technical studies or industrial engineering – preferably in electrical engineering or a related technical qualificationSeveral years of experience in the sales of low-voltage switchgear systemsIn-depth knowledge of commercial contract issuesEnthusiasm for technical topics and details combined with a strong customer and goal orientationProfessional use of digital media (video conferences, virtual meetings, chats, etc.) in customer contact and communicationFamiliar with common MS Office applications and the CRM software SalesforceFluent in written and spoken German and EnglishIn addition, you are willing to travel within Germany and to our customers and main suppliers in Poland and the Czech RepublicBenefitsRetirement PlanFlexible work practicesEmployee Share Acquisition PlanLearning & development offeringCompany carDaycare center, children's Christmas party, parents' network, children's holiday weekPersonal coaching offersInterested in joining our team?
