Job Description This is a remote position. We are Negentrix Holding, an educational holding company in Germany that includes the IT Career Hub, DWW Akademie, and the Beam Institute of Technologies. We launched the holding company in 2022 to help people who have moved to Europe study, rebuild their careers, and find their footing in a new country. We create products that provide not only skills but also an understanding of the market, culture, and rules of the game in Germany—and this is working, as evidenced by the number of job placements. We are currently entering new markets, launching new products, and assembling an internal marketing R&D team. We are seeking a key driver for this team, responsible for hypothesis testing, rapid GTM, and identifying new growth opportunities. Who we're looking for We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who simultaneously thinks in terms of product, marketing, and organizational approaches. Someone who can organize the team's work so that at least three major tests are completed monthly, each of which is brought to the correct conclusions. This role requires a specialist who oversees the entire R&D cycle: from the initial idea to the transfer of a confirmed hypothesis to the core team. You're a good fit for us if: You have a strong product foundation: GTM, PMF, product frameworks, hypothesis testing on small data sets, and the ability to test demand and find solutions. You have a strong understanding of the marketing nexus: audience – message – product – landing page – target action. You've managed cross-functional teams and are adept at iterating projects rather than chaotic ones. You prioritize: you calmly reject unnecessary tasks, even under intense pressure. You speak in numbers, not intuitions. You distinguish mediocre copy/creative work from strong ones and can push for results. You have real-world case studies: product launches, extensive testing, working with hypotheses, and demonstrable impact. You don't get lost if you don't have the resources: you find a contractor, a tool, or a solution. You've already integrated AI into your work and use it for speed. Entrepreneurial mindset: energy, solution-seeking, and a desire to win. Bonus: International experience and experience working with audiences other than Russian. Language level: English B1 or higher. German is a plus. Reporting directly to: CMO. Area of influence: the entire R&D team. What you'll be doing: Find growth opportunities for current brands outside the standard set of activities. Test hypotheses for new products, segments, and areas. Manage the full GTM cycle: from idea to results-based deadline. Conduct 3+ major tests simultaneously without losing quality. Manage team work: prioritize, synchronize, blockers, and dynamics. Work in an Agile manner: sprints, iterations, and measurable results only. Conduct research: market, competitors, and audiences. If necessary, seek out contractors, tools, and new channels. Ensure the accuracy of test results descriptions. Transfer validated hypotheses to production marketing without data loss. Manage test budgets. Use AI to solve operational problems. Work collaboratively with the core marketing team, analytics, IT, and compliance. Requirements 3+ years of experience in product or product marketing. Experience managing teams or complex cross-functional projects. Understanding of funnels, testing, analytics, and basic statistics. Ability to quickly switch and manage multiple streams simultaneously. Desire to work with freedom and responsibility.
