Mit unseren Marken Besser im Glas, Bubble Pop und PRO2BE bringen wir innovative Produkte in den Lebensmitteleinzelhandel und entwickeln gleichzeitig als operativer Mikro-VC neue Marken und Produktideen. Um unser Produktportfolio strategisch weiterzuentwickeln, suchen wir eine erfahrene, souveräne und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit, die Produktentwicklung, Einkauf und Projektmanagement vereint und unser Unternehmen gegenüber Lieferanten, Partnern und Produzenten professionell repräsentiert. Aufgaben Produktentwicklung & Innovation: Entwicklung neuer Food-Produkte von der Idee bis zur Marktreife inkl. Trendanalyse, Prototyping & sensorischen Tests. Projektsteuerung: End-to-end Management des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses mit Qualitätsfreigaben, Dokumentation & Abstimmungen mit internen Teams. Einkauf & Sourcing: Bewertung technischer Machbarkeit, Kostenkalkulation, internationale Marktanalysen sowie Auswahl, Erstansprache & Verhandlung mit Lieferanten. Lieferantenmanagement: Organisation von Besuchen, Produktionsaudits, Messen und professionelle Repräsentation von MainTea gegenüber Partnern. Business Cases & Strategie: Erstellung strategischer Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Bewertung von Sortimentspotenzialen und Mitwirkung an Innovations- & Beschaffungsstrategien. Qualifikation Fachliche Basis: Studium in Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ökotrophologie, BWL oder vergleichbar sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in Produktentwicklung/-einkauf im Food-Bereich. Technisches Verständnis: Sicher im Umgang mit Spezifikationen, Produktdaten, Produktkosten sowie Produktions- und Entwicklungsprozessen. Kommunikation & Auftreten: Souveränes, professionelles Auftreten bei Lieferanten & Partnern, verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Analyse & Struktur: Stark analytisch, sichere Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse, strukturierte & eigenständige Arbeitsweise. Persönlichkeit: Verhandlungsstärke, diplomatisches Geschick, Innovationsfreude und die Fähigkeit, Projekte zuverlässig zu steuern.
