What You’ll Do We’re looking for a Consumer Insights Senior Analyst (German fluent) to join our team in Frankfurt on a hybrid basis (3 days a week in office). In this role, you’ll be pivotal in leading German consumer research efforts by: Owning and executing end-to-end research plans across multiple product categories. Conducting qualitative (IDIs, focus groups, shelf assessments) and quantitative (surveys) research for product development and commercialization. Managing projects with internal stakeholders and external research agencies. Analyzing consumer feedback to drive innovation and development recommendations. Presenting insights to senior leadership to influence product strategy. Traveling (up to 10%) to conduct consumer research, including potential trips to the UK and US headquarters. What You’ll Bring Experience: 4-5 years in qualitative and quantitative consumer research. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Consumer Research, or related field (or 5+ years of relevant experience). Technical Skills: Experience in survey design, data analysis, and project management. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, adaptability, and ability to balance consumer insights with business objectives.
