Job DescriptionWe are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) starting in February/March to actively support our team in the area of Quality Management with various topics and projects. As part of an internship lasting approximately 6 months (a combination of a mandatory internship and a voluntary internship is also possible), we offer you an attractive opportunity to ideally combine and expand your theoretical knowledge with different aspects of practical experience.The following activities are the main focus:Support in planning, setting up, and conducting training sessions for Q-experts on Structured Problem Solving (SPS) as well as formats for introducing AI for quality and operationsAssistance in managing and processing problem-solving casesSetting up and maintaining Office365 community environments, such as in SharePoint and TeamsParticipation in the development and implementation of strategies to ensure quality standards in processesPreparation and compilation of decision-making documents for the management of the business unitSupport in creating and designing presentations for various stakeholdersQualificationsCurrent enrollment in a degree program in (industrial) engineering, IT, business administration, or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on production or quality managementExperience in using AI tools for various applications, from text generation to creating VBA scripts for automation in ExcelConfident handling of MS Office programsProactive engagement in your areas of responsibility as well as actively contributing ideasVery good English skills (written and spoken); German is helpful.Independent and reliable working styleEnjoyment of communication, planning, and organizational skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilities as well as flexibilityPlease remember to upload your current certificate of enrollment, your current transcript of records, and an excerpt from your current study regulations regarding the completion of a mandatory internship, as these are essential for processing your applicationIf applicable, please also submit a valid residence permit and your work authorization including the supplementary sheet.Applications from people with severe disabilities are welcome.Additional InformationIndependent and responsible working styleHybrid working at the site and from homePleasant working environment and a work atmosphere characterized by professional and personal appreciationCompensation according to corporate standardsGood public transport connections and free use of employee parking spacesIf you see yourself in this position and are excited to work with us on exciting projects, apply now and become part of our teamDiversity, inclusion, and belonging are important to us and make us strong and successful as a company.
