Job DescriptionWe are looking for a student (m/f/diverse) starting in February/March to write a thesis in the field of “Comprehensive Evaluation of AI Adoption and Enhancement of AI Competence through a Corporate Learning Initiative.” As part of your thesis, we offer you the attractive opportunity to ideally combine and expand theoretically acquired knowledge with various practical aspects. You will work closely with our team and gain insights into exciting projects and processes.The following activities are the focus:Conduct a comprehensive literature review on the role of AI literacy and AI adoption initiatives, with a special focus on corporate environments.Design surveys and metrics to assess Aumovio SE’s current AI upskilling initiatives.Develop a strategic framework and an evaluation model for future AI upskilling programs, including improved KPIs and success metrics.Identify best practices for corporate learning activities to increase AI adoption and AI literacy.Provide empirical insights on the effectiveness of training initiatives to increase AI adoption and AI literacy.Derive a practical roadmap for increasing AI adoption and AI literacy within the workforce.QualificationsEnrolled in a Master’s program in Computational Engineering, IT, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Technology Management, or related fieldsInterest in interdisciplinary work, e.g., combined with Psychology or Social SciencesInterest in AI tools, corporate learning, and digital transformationStrong analytical and research skillsExperience with data analysis tools (Excel, Python, Power BI) is a plusStrong research mindset for literature review and benchmarkingProficient in MS Office applicationsExcellent German and good English skills, both written and spokenEnjoy communication, planning, and organizational tasksStrong communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibility Please remember to upload your current certificate of enrollment, your current transcript of records, and an excerpt from your current study regulations regarding the completion of a mandatory internship, as these are mandatory for processing your applicationIf applicable, please also submit a valid residence permit and your work authorization including the supplementary sheet.Applications from people with severe disabilities are welcome.Additional InformationIndependent and responsible workHybrid working at the office and from homePleasant working environment and a culture characterized by professional and personal appreciationCompensation according to corporate standardsGood public transport connections and free use of employee parking spaces If you see yourself in this position and are excited to work with us on exciting projects, apply now and become part of our teamDiversity, inclusion, and belonging are important to us and make us strong and successful as a company.
