Job/Position Summary Required skills: ·Proven experience in Automotive Software Industry in a customer facing role. ·Expertise with HIL/SIL, Co-Simulation, Virtual ECUs, Embedded System ·Experience with dSPACE Scalexio, VEOS, Vector Canoe, VVT, Synopsys SILVER, VDKs ·Experience on Modelling & Simulation of automotive systems in the previous assignments ·Exposure to AUTOSAR, SOA, Software Defined Vehicles ·Strong connect and network in German / European Automotive ecosystem. ·Excellent verbal and written communication in German & English (C1). ·Experience with DevOps and Cloud technologies is an added advantage. Responsibilities: ·Understand KPIT’s Virtual Engineering and DevOps solutions offerings/solutions and explain the same to customers in order create customer interest. ·Understand/Interpret customer requirements/RFQ and map the same to KPIT offerings/competencies. ·Identify (unexpressed) customer problem areas/ opportunities, market challenges and create new business opportunities by providing technical consulting & solutions (Proactive Propositions). ·Provide feedback to improve KPIT’s offerings based on customer needs/ market challenges, technological trends etc. ·Contribute to defining technology roadmap/investment proposals to meet customer and market needs. ·Drive the RFQs and RFPs. ·Collaborate/Participate with offshore SME’s and leaders in estimation, high level project planning and of developing attractive and winning customer propositions. ·Help WIN/start/stabilize/execute projects offshore by knowledge transfer, customer coordination, offering confidence to customer etc. Requirement ESSENTIAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES Modelling & Simulation of automotive systems VEOS Vector Canoe HIL/SIL Virtual ECUs Embedded System dSpace Scalexio PREFFERED SKILLS /COMPETENCIES DevOps Cloud technologies
