Are you ready?About your roleWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented MarTech Engineer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for leveraging technology to drive marketing success. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack, with a special focus on our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing Automation platforms. You will serve as the crucial link between our marketing, engineering, and data teams to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution.Key Responsibilities System Integration & Management: Design, implement, and maintain integrations between our CDP (e.g., Segment, Tealium), Marketing Automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze), and other parts of our tech stack (CRM, analytics tools, etc.). Data Architecture: Develop and manage the data model within the CDP, ensuring data is accurate, standardized, and readily available for segmentation and personalization. Workflow Automation: Build, test, and optimize automated marketing campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and data-triggered workflows. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical point of contact for our marketing team, resolving issues related to data discrepancies, API connections, and platform performance. Performance Optimization: Monitor the health of the MarTech stack, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and data quality. Collaboration: Work closely with marketers to understand their needs and translate campaign requirements into technical solutions. You..· Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience· Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences· Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travelQualifications & Skills Experience: Proven experience in a MarTech, marketing operations, or a similar technical role. CDP Expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one major Customer Data Platform (CDP) like Segment, Tealium, mParticle, or Lytics. You should understand event tracking, identity resolution, and audience segmentation. Marketing Automation Proficiency: Deep knowledge of a leading Marketing Automation Platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or Pardot, including campaign setup, automation rules, and email deliverability. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with APIs (REST, SOAP) for system integrations. Solid understanding of SQL for data querying and analysis. Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript for custom integrations and automation tasks. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page template management. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot complex technical problems, and provide data-driven recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake). Knowledge of tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
