(Senior) Product Owner IoT and Device Connectivity – International

This is an outstanding opportunity to join Fresenius Medical Care newly formed Digital Services and Solutions Group as (Technical-) Product Owner (m/f/d). This role will be located in Bad Homburg or Berlin. In this role you own the digital product, its digital journeys and the user experience while making FMC’s IoT platform a success. You will collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements. Your assignments Take responsibility for developing the company wide IoT platform according to company and product strategy Partner closely with Product Management and UI/UX teams to translate market trends and feature-level requirements into actionable plans for agile teams Define clear technical objectives and solution scope in collaboration with the software development team(s) Take charge of prioritizing the product backlog and managing reporting, controlling, and requirements documentation (both functional and non-functional). Oversee all stages of product development process for medical and non-medical functionalities Drive an innovative digitalization strategy that aligns with other development streams at FMC Coordinate cross-functional product teams and orchestrate priorities Stay engaged at every stage of the process, monitoring and evaluating product progress to ensure we meet and exceed quality and performance expectations Contribute to developing a strong market positioning strategy for our products Your profile A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, (Business) Computer Science, Data Science or related engineering disciplines Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as product management, program management, or as a product owner Strong understanding of requirements engineering and methods of agile software development processes/methodology ( SCRUM) Work experience in clinic or hospital settings, or in digital health and innovation environments, is a plus Demonstrated success in delivering digital solutions that address user-centric challenges Enthusiastic, self-driven, quicker learner with influencing skills Holding a Product Owner Certification is an advantage Proficiency in English is a must have, German is a plus Our offer for you There is a lot you can discover at Fresenius because we have a lot to offer.
