Join our team and be a part of a culture of innovation and excellence in education.  www.gusgermany.comYour Responsibilities We are looking for a new colleague to join our Campus Management Team in Hamburg on a full-time basis /40 hour a week starting as soon as possible. Key Activities & Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for students, faculty, prospective students, and staff across all service departments.Take overall responsibility for the daily management of all service functions across the Hamburg campuses.Ensure the highest quality of service for both students and GUS Group employees on campus.Supervise and foster strategic and operational collaboration among the various institutions located on the Hamburg campuses.Oversee and coordinate new construction projects and renovations in close cooperation with external service providers.Establish, develop, and continuously improve services and processes within the Service Centres, in collaboration with subject experts (Student Hub, Scheduling, International Office, Career Centre, Examination Office, etc.), as well as Facilities, Occupational Safety, and Health Protection.Plan and optimize room usage, capacity utilization, and rental management across campuses.Develop, coordinate, and implement campus-wide security and compliance concepts (e.g. GDPR).Participate in the selection, negotiation, and management of contracts with external service providers (e.g. catering, security, cleaning), including the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities.Plan, manage, and execute projects aimed at optimizing campus operations and infrastructure.Serve as a key interface between faculties, vice deans, lecturers, general administration, and students, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Hold budgetary and staff management responsibility for the service functions within the campuses.Coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of campus events such as campus tours, graduation ceremonies, orientation days, staff events, and professional presentations, while also developing and implementing new campus events and initiatives.Your profileCompleted university degree with work experience in higher education, hotel industry, or event managementSeveral years of practical experience in coordination, event and project management At least three years of leadership team-building experience Enjoy dealing with conceptual and analytical tasks "Hands-on" mentalityService and results-oriented approach to work Ability to question and optimize structures and processes Very good knowledge of German and English International background desirable The high degree of reliability, commitment, loyalty and flexibility complete your profile Why us?Opportunity to work with a great team in a dynamic and international environment30 days of vacationAfter successfully passing the probationary period, we offer subsidies for employees’ well-being through our health budget with preventive and aftercare servicesVarious online language courses and opportunities to participate in online collaboration coursesNumerous campus events from the fields of art, culture, business and scienceOpportunity to develop and implement new ideas and concept  Interested?  Then we look forward to hearing from you.
