Our team consists of people in Sales, Tech and Operations, with plans to expand into the Spain market where we are looking to hire out a new team.Role descriptionWe’re launching autarc in Spain -  and we’re looking for a driven GTM Intern to help bring autarc to market. You’ll work directly with our founding team, acting as the connective tissue between inbound customers, local installer partners, fairs and shows, and our global product and marketing teams.This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing climate tech startup as one of our first hires in Spain. You’ll have a front-row seat in everything from sales to strategy and local market expansion.Conduct virtual product demos with inbound clients and guide them through our softwareSupport customers via phone, email, or live chat during onboarding and setupConnect with local heat pump and solar installers, and manage early partner relationshipsAttend industry trade shows and events to build our presence in SpainCoordinate with global marketing to create localised landing pages, brochures, and demo materialsBuild structured feedback loops from spanish users and partners back into the product and engineering teamsYou’ll be based in our Berlin office, working closely with our international and local GTM team.RequirementsA top-tier academic background in Business, Economics or a related fieldExperience in fast-paced environments like startups, VC, consulting, or investment bankingA generalist mindset: you’re curious, adaptable, and comfortable jumping into new topicsFluent in Spanish and EnglishWillingness to get hands dirty and push things from 0 to 1Available for a 4-6 month internship with a willingness to work 5 days a week in the Berlin officeWhat we offerFreedom to choose your own equipment26 paid vacation daysAn annual team retreat Mobility subsidies  Health and fitness subscriptionRegular team events, lunches and activitiesNext stepsIf your application is successful, you will participate in the following:Screening call with someone from the Sales teamCulture fit call with Thies (COO)Take home challenge (approx. 2-4 hours)Final F2F interview with Thies (COO) and the team (in Berlin)About usRight now, 25% of CO2 emissions in Europe are caused by heating our buildings. In order for this to be reduced, the transition towards renewable energy needs to be simplified and made more accessible. There are too few installers to meet the growing demand for heat pumps, and a solution to match this trend needs to be brought to the market.autarc is developing the leading operating system (OS) for heat pump installers, enabling a more digital and efficient installation process for heat pumps.Through this, autarc is reducing the hurdles to decarbonizing single-family homes and small apartment buildings in Europe, with the goal to help with the planning and designing of 1 million heat pumps by 2030.
