Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Global Human Resources Candidate and Employee Relations team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as an HR Specialist HR Management.You can look forward to You continuously develop the touchpoints and services along the employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding – to create a positive employee experience You prepare employment contracts and regularly update templates in line with current employment law requirements You organise and facilitate internal HR events You process requests such as parental leave, transfers and terminations and issue the relevant certificates You draft employment references using Haufe Zeugnis Manager You work with our HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM) to view and maintain data and create reports You analyse existing HR processes, develop ideas for optimisation and digitalisation and implement them together with the team You come equipped with A completed degree (e.g. Human Resource Management, Business Law, Business Administration with a focus on HR) or a completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. HR Services Clerk) with relevant professional experience Initial practical experience in HR administration, HR management or HR services Confident use of MS Office, knowledge of HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM is an advantage Language skills: German at C2 level and English at least B2 level – you enjoy communication, including in an international environment Ability to create at least simple prompts for AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT and a responsible approach to sensitive and confidential data Service orientation, pragmatism, attention to detail and enthusiasm for efficient processes and teamwork You may not meet every requirement listed in the job description.
