These challenges await you : Defines the content of Releases (internal / customer) in alignment with the counterpart and drives the release processMonitors and controls release documentation activities and in doing so, collaborates with the different project leads to ensure the internal and customer release milestones are metDrives the preparation of release documentation and takes the lead on the creation of overall release notes as needed as well as reviews and ensures completeness of release artifactsIdentifies and manages the risks that may affect release notes scope, quality of the release and durationPublishes regular release status to internal and external Stakeholders (customers)Develops, maintains and drives the Project Configuration Management Plan (CMP) as expected by the organizational definition and timingCoordinates the setup of configuration management, incl. baselines, folder structure, software branching strategyCreates and maintains Project Configuration Item ListEnsures the repository of all configuration items following the configuration management plan by performing configuration management audits (formal checks) e.g. labeling, naming convention etc. to ensure the integrity of configuration itemsVerifies and reports the status of Configuration Items to the Project Manager as per the defined processYou inspire us with that:You have a Bachelors or Masters of Engineering in Electronics, communication, Information Technology, Computer science, Mechatronics, Mathematics or a similar educationAutomotive Product Development (embedded SW/SYS development) experience for a minimum of 8 yearsYou have a strong knowledge on the A-SPICE process areas and best practices in general and SUP.8 in particularYou have a good knowledge in the Configuration management tools (Teamforge/CoreALM is a plus)You have strong communication, coordination and negotiation skillsYou have the ability to collaborate with multiple team members to ensure release deliverables are completed on time with the releaseYou are a detail-oriented, self-organized, proactive and motivated personWhy Valeo:At VALEO, we firmly believe that great technologies are born out of passion.
