We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional to drive excellence in our production process, helping us push the boundaries of performance and quality.As a Tire Compounding Lab Technician, you’ll play a vital role in setting up, maintaining, and operating our materials and compounding lab equipment. Your responsibilities will include keeping compound production running smoothly, checking material quality, and working with your team to produce and test bicycle tires efficiently.We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to following safety protocols. A willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate effectively with others is essential for success in this roleHOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCEPerform mixing operations and make modifications as needed to improve processingPerforming a variety of physical, mechanical, and chemical tests on compounds and vulcanizatesExecution of compound production control and releasePerform thorough inspections of incoming rubber materials to confirm quality and compliance with specifications.Determination of standard values for production compoundsMonitor machinery and properly adjust machine settings to maintain optimal operating conditionsCollaborate with the tire-building team to support seamless integration of compounds into the final product.Maintain a strong focus on safety by adhering to all health and workplace regulationsWHAT YOU NEED TO WINTechnical Education as CTA or PTA(Preferred) At least 1 year in compounding manufacturingPhysical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, to reach with hands and arms, and to talk and hearMust be capable of climbing up and down a ladder/stairs several times per shiftMobility throughout the facilityEmployee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, walk, or crouchEmployee must lift and/or move up to 10kg unassisted on occasionSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focusIf you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and excited to contribute to world-class cycling innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
