Within this framework, we work on projects on a national and international level with our dedicated employees.Our expertise: aerostructure and systems installation, aircraft interiors, industrialization, configuration management, management and operations consulting, product and process performance, digital transformation, operational excellence, environmental transition.Our values:- Trust and team spirit 💙- Performance and innovation 💡- Responsibility and commitment 🤝- Fairness and ethics in business ⚖️We’re expanding and currently looking for a Junior Documentation Manager (m/f/d) to join and strengthen our customer team in Bremen, Germany.In this role, you will support comprehensive document management processes within the aerospace sector in a highly technical environment equipped with modern tools and state-of-the-art technology.As the primary point of contact for document and data management, you will support processes, methodologies, and tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.Your main tasksFormal checking of internal documents against templates and guidelinesReceiving and reviewing external document/data package deliveriesDelivering documents and data packages to internal teams, suppliers, and customersRequirementsDesired ProfileStrong ability to do things right first time and consistentlyStrong sense of detailsHigh level of precision and accuracy is a MUSTHigh level autonomy requiredProcess oriented mindset; follow existing processes and pro activity to improve themOpen to 100% onsite work modelThe Following Experiences are a plus Preferred - 1 year of experience in documentation management within the aeronautics/aerospace sectorCompleted training in technical documentation or a comparable qualificationExperience with PDM systems (e.g., PTC-Windchill) or information systems (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace) is a plusYour mindset is what matters the mostYour personalityPrecise, systematic, and meticulous attention to detailReliable, structured, and able to prioritize tasks independentlySkills That Will Set You ApartCross-functional experience in configuration management and documentation managementAirbus specific toolsAdditional RequirementThe position requires a security clearance under the Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz (SÜG).
