What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). 1–2 years of experience in sales or recruitment (recent grads with strong work/internships experience welcome). Experiences with Türkiye or the Russian Speaking Countries. Goal-oriented, competitive, and a true team player. Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset. Self-motivated and ambitious, able to work independently. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Willingness to travel to meet prospective students throughout the year. Previous study abroad experience and/or sales background is a plus. Cultural awareness and ability to connect with diverse markets—experience engaging with international audiences is highly valued. Why EF/Hult?
