Additionally, our relocation support makes moving to Malta seamless and enjoyableResponsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through chat, email, and phone communication. Address and resolve customer questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their overall experience. Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the highest standards of service. Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system. Collect customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement. Participate in training sessions to continually enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills. Requirements Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and a solid command of English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial. Experience in customer service or a similar environment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering quality customer care. Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced work environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace the local culture.
