Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Quality Manager that will be responsible of Quality Management for customers with Headquarters in EMEA of AC Charging Solutions Product Range. You will manage internal and external stakeholders, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing risks related to quality.Main responsibilities and taskManage Quality Management of returned partsManage vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholdersFrequent communication with customersTrack progress, risks, and costs; provide regular status reportsReview, write and adapt 8D reportsManage documentationSupport root cause analysisLogistic support to ensure proper RMA processQualificationsAt least 3 years experience in quality, preferably in the automotive industryTechnical degree (industrial engineering, electronic engineering, material engineering etc.) and experiences highly desirableStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsFamiliarity with quality management tools and methodologies.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to perform under pressure and meet business deadlines & targetsMandarin, German and English language skills requiredPositive spirit and attitude with implementation skillsStructured and well organized with high level of business ethicsExcellent communicator both internally and externallyWillingness to travel occasionally also to Asia
