Gleichzeitig sind Sie integrierter Bestandteil des lokalen und auch überregionalen Finance-Teams.Sie verantworten die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach US GAAP und verantworten die Erstellung des Einzelabschlusses nach HGB in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen WirtschaftsprüfernSie kümmern sich um die fristgerechte Abgabe der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Ermittlung der Ertragssteuern in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem SteuerberaterSie sind motiviert bestehende Prozesse zu verbessern und das Team fortlaufend weiterzuentwickeln. Sie verantworten das Hauptbuch sowie die Nebenbücher der Einzelgesellschaft (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets)Sie sorgen für die Einhaltung internen Kontrollsystems (SOX/IKS) Sie treiben proaktiv interne Prozessverbesserungen im Unternehmen sowie im Finance-Team voranAnforderungsprofilAbgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen oder alternativ: Weiterbildung zum BilanzbuchhalterMehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich AccountingMindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung Abschlusssicher nach HGB und erste Berührungspunkte mit IFRS oder US GAAPSicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen ERP-SystemenHands-on-MentalitätAusgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte ArbeitsweiseTeamfähigkeit und ÜberzeugungsfähigkeitSie identifizieren sich mit stätiger Weiterentwicklung und sind motiviert spannende Projekte im Finanzbereich zu gestaltenDeutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)Who are we?
