As we continue scaling, we are expanding into new international markets and looking for a Project Manager - Geo Expansion (m/f/d) to lead our global rollout strategy. Tasks- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of market entry, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and understand regional consumer behaviors.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in new markets and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs to measure the success of market entry initiatives and implement continuous improvement processes based on feedback and data analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Legal to ensure cohesive and compliant market entry strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise.
Nice to have:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to each target region, ensuring alignment with exmox's overall business objectives.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in project management roles. A focus on international market expansion, preferably within the gaming industry or related sectors, is a nice to have.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans that drive business growth.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Cultural Competence: Experience working in diverse international markets with an understanding of cultural nuances and business practices.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as a solid understanding of the gaming industry's market dynamics.
- Languages: English is a must. German and other langauges are a plus.
