Unser zentrales Plattformteam versteht sich als Enabler – wir schaffen Standards, Tools und Self-Services, die allen Teams helfen, besser und sicherer zu arbeiten.  Du siehst Developer Experience nicht nur als Support-Funktion, sondern als aktiven Beitrag zur Produktivität und Zufriedenheit unserer Entwickler:innen? Dann passt Du perfekt zu uns. Bei uns entwickelst Du im zentralen Plattformteam wiederverwendbare Self-Service-Produkte und integrierst moderne Engineering-Tools und -Prozesse, die unsere Entwicklungsteams befähigen, effizient, sicher und autonom zu arbeiten. Dabei gestaltest Du aktiv unser Developer Portal auf Basis von Backstage als Herzstück unserer Internal Developer Plattform (IDP) und integrierst zentrale DevOps-Tools wie CI/CD, Version Control und Artefakt-Management. So sorgst Du für eine Developer Experience, die Entwicklung vereinfacht, beschleunigt und begeistert. Deine Herausforderung Du entwickelst und betreibst unser Backstage Developer Portal und gestaltest es als zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Entwicklerteams. Du baust und pflegst Plugins, Integrationen und Automatisierungen im Developer Portal, die den Zugang zu CI/CD, Cloud-, Artefakt- und Monitoring-Services vereinfachen. Darüber hinaus definierst und automatisierst Du zentrale Engineering-Prozesse von Version Control über CI/CD-Pipelines bis hin zum Deployment. Du integrierst und verantwortest Tools wie GitLab, Nexus und SonarQube. Zudem etablierst Du Golden Paths mit wiederverwendbaren Templates und Guidelines für typische Szenarien, darunter Microservices, APIs und Batch-Jobs. Du übersetzt Security- und Compliance-Vorgaben sowie Architekturprinzipien in automatisierte Lösungen. Du begleitest Teams beim Onboarding, unterstützt sie im Alltag und erstellst praxisnahe Dokumentation. Durch Feedback und Metriken misst Du die Developer Experience verbesserst sie iterativ. Du arbeitest eng mit crossfunktionalen Teams zusammen und verankerst ein Enablement-Mindset in der Organisation. Das bringst Du mit: Erfahrung im Aufbau oder Betrieb von Developer Portals, idealerweise mit Backstage, und in der Entwicklung von Portal-Plugins und -Integrationen. Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in TypeScript/JavaScript sowie solide Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung. Tiefes Know-how in CI/CD, Container-/Cloud-Technologien, Infrastructure-as-Code und Automatisierung. Praxis mit GitLab, Terraform, Nexus, Argo CD, SonarQube oder ähnlichen Tools. Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Developer Experience, Plattformstrategien und moderne Engineering-Kultur. Teamgeist, Pragmatismus und klare Kommunikation.
